Overview This lot contains (1) collection of three pallets of paper products including Pre-Perfed Bond, Red Copier, and KaBoom#20 paper. The items are classified in new/unused condition. The pallets contain various paper types including Pre-Perfed Bond Multipurpose letter size, red copier paper, and multipurpose paper in different sizes and weights. Key Features Pre-Perfed Bond Multipurpose 2500 sheets letter size 8.5x11 with perforation at 1/2 20lb White Xerographic Bond. Red copier paper 8.5x14 with 6000 count. 20# Multipurpose 11x17 75GSM 20M 2500 sheets. Additional paper types may be included in the pallets. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items appear to be new/unused based on visual inspection. Inspection is recommended to ascertain exact quantities and condition of all paper products. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted. Government issued or state issued ID is required as the building site is federal property. Only the person identified on the transfer order, or their agent identified in writing, will be allowed to pick up the property. Successful bidder will be required to take all boxes and skids of printing paper. Multiple loads and site visits may be necessary. Bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property.
