Overview (1) 1992 Evinrude E70ELCNB outboard motor. The motor is classified in salvage condition. The unit exhibits heavy wear, oxidation, and grime throughout. The engine cowling is detached from the lower pan with significant paint loss. The motor is incomplete and its operational status is unknown. Specifications Make: Evinrude Model: E70ELCNB Model Year: 1992 Power Output: 70 HP @ 5500 RPM Serial Number: J0122096 Key Features Long shaft (20") configuration. Electric start system. Historic cowling stencil identifying former use as survey motor for "US-CE-C CORPS OF ENGRS US ARMY FORT MIFFLIN". Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. The engine cowling is detached from the lower pan and has significant paint loss. Historic stenciling remains visible on the cowling. The VRO system appears to have been removed. A heavily worn and corroded propeller is included. Other components may be missing or disconnected. The motor is incomplete and sold for parts or rebuilding only. No controls or other accessories are included.
