Overview This lot contains (4) Pallets of file folders letter size, 2/5 cut right of center. The file folders are double-ply top tab with an estimated quantity of 20,000 folders total. The items are classified in new/unused condition. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The file folders appear to be new/unused based on visual inspection. Inspection is recommended to verify exact quantity and condition of contents. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The successful bidder will be required to take all pallets of folders. Multiple loads and site visits may be necessary for removal. Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted. Government issued or state issued identification is required as the building site is federal property.
