Sale Title: DEMIL A Mixed Metals Scrap - Term Contract Sale Number: 2-1-QSC-T-26-059 Agency: U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in coordination with multiple Federal agencies Location: National Capital Region (NCR) - District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is offering for sale DEMIL A Mixed Metals Scrap generated from multiple Federal agencies. Materials include, but are not limited to: Steel Aluminum Copper / Brass Wire Other ferrous and non-ferrous scrap Scrap originates from Government operations such as furniture, equipment, and infrastructure components. Electronic waste (E-waste), ADP equipment, and data-bearing devices are excluded from this sale. All material is sold strictly for recycling as material content only. Resale as usable property is prohibited. SALE TYPE Sealed Bid - Term Contract Bids must be submitted via email as instructed in the IFB. Offers are binding for 60 calendar days after bid opening. CONTRACT STRUCTURE Base Period: 1 Year Options: Two (2) one-year options Maximum Term: 3 Years Extension: Up to 6 months (Government discretion) This is a removal-based sales contract . Pricing is based on removal events (e.g., container swaps, pickups), not weight or market pricing. REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS Removal is required as a condition of sale Buyer must support multiple locations across participating agencies Removal may be recurring or as-needed depending on operations Buyer must provide all equipment, containers, labor, and transportation Failure to perform at assigned locations constitutes non-performance. Failure to attend required inspection may result in bid non-responsiveness .
