The attached medical device statement of intent Section B, must be completed by the high bidder before an award can be made. Overview This lot contains (1) Drive GV974RD walker and (1) Drive GVM318DDA-SF-QRT wheelchair. Both items are in new, unused condition. The walker features a red aluminum frame with four wheels and an under-seat storage bag. The wheelchair has a black frame with removable footrests and armrests. Key Features Walker includes padded seat with backrest and under-seat storage compartment with zipper closure. Walker features hand brakes on both handles and four large wheels for mobility. Wheelchair includes removable swing-away footrests and desk-length armrests. Wheelchair has quick-release rear wheels and anti-tip wheels. Both items have weight capacity specifications indicated on manufacturer labels. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Walker displays manufacturer label on frame indicating model RTL10266RD with maximum user weight of 300 lbs. Wheelchair shows manufacturer reference number GVM318DDA-SF-QRT with serial number 1C240702248 and maximum user mass of 300 lbs. Both items retain original manufacturer markings. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
