The attached medical device statement of intent Section B, must be completed by the high bidder before an award can be made. Overview This lot contains (2) Hill-Rom medical beds consisting of (1) Hill-Rom Progressa Series medical bed and (1) Hill-Rom TotalCare Bariatric Plus P1840 Series medical bed. The beds are classified in used condition and were last reported as useable by the clinic that turned them in. Both beds appear to have their mattresses, control panels, and mobility systems intact. Key Features The Progressa Series bed includes electronic control panels with digital displays and patient positioning controls. The TotalCare Bariatric Plus P1840 features specialized bariatric support systems and IntelliDrive mobility technology. Both beds are equipped with side rails, integrated control systems, and wheeled bases for mobility. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The beds have not been tested or verified for functionality. Both beds show normal signs of hospital use with some surface wear. Various medical equipment labels and identification tags are present on both beds. The electrical components and control systems are present but operational status is unknown. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
