FEATURES: 8 meter (30 foot) Aluminum boat with hybrid polyurethane covered combination foam/inflatable collar; forward center console w/half-height windshield w/wind deflector; Shock Wave shock mitigating seats w/after Jockey seats; aluminum floating removable dive door; aft tow post; motor bracket; engine guard rail; FURUNO NAVNET system with RADAR, GPS, and depth sounder. DISCREPANCIES (INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO): Several pinhole leaks from corrosion around bilge plug; bad seal on dive door; leaks in engine bracket service hatches; water in fuel alarm on (may be a leak in the fuel tank or fuel system). Trailer: Boatmaster twin axle aluminum trailer is included in the sale; however, it may not be road worthy. Please plan removal accordingly. Electrical systems were not energized and mechanical systems were not rotated during the inspection used to prepare the boat or equipment offered for sale. Repairs may be required to make operational. Any law enforcement/military equipment that appears in a photo will be removed by the government prior to the sale. These items include gun mounts, blue lights, sirens and specialized radios and their mounts. ****Lifting slings, rigging gear and shackles, if provided, may not be certified or serviceable. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that any hoisting and rigging gear purchased with a boat is certified and serviceable prior to using it to hoist the boat. Please plan removal accordingly. ****The successful bidder is responsible for the proper disposal of oily water that may have accumulated in the boat. No work other than the disposal of oily water may be accomplished prior to removal without the express written consent of the contracting officer of record. ****Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be solely responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located. ****Successful bidders will be provided with a Purchasers Receipt/Bill of Sale and a request for certification of build form, which they will need to send to Naval Surface Warfare Center. Note that a quasi-title will be required from the original purchaser in the event the boat is resold. ****The use, disposition, export and re-export of any property is subject to all applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended; the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2752 et seq.); the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. 2401); DOE Regulations (10 C.F.R. Part 110; International Traffic In Arms Regulations (22 CFR 120 et seq.); Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 701 et seq.); Foreign Assets Control Regulations (31 CFR 500 et seq.); and The Espionage Act (37 USC 791 et seq.) which among other things, prohibit: (a) the making of false statement and concealment of any material information regarding the use or disposition, export or re-export of the property; and (b) any use or disposition, export or re-export of the property which is not authorized in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. ****Please note: A Quasi Title will be required from the original purchaser in the event the boat is resold. Qasit Title is located on "Document Sections" The Government shall not be liable for personal injuries to, disabilities of, or death of any persons arising from or incidental to the inspection, purchase, removal, use or disposition of this aircraft.
