The headboards weigh approximately 50 lbs. each. Only the headboards are included, with no beds, frame parts, bolts, or screws. The headboards were previously used in a hotel. Key Features Batch includes 12 king size headboards. Each headboard weighs approximately 50 lbs. Previously used in hotel setting. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. No bolts or screws are included with the headboards. Only headboards are included, no beds or other frame parts. Items are sold as-is as shown in photos. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Item is located inside Presidio of San Francisco at 1242 Warehouse. Recipient must contact Property Custodian prior to entering facility in order to access item. Appointment must be scheduled by email using the POC information provided. No special equipment is needed to remove item. Presidio will not ship or deliver item.
