Each chair weighs approximately 10 lbs and includes intact arm supports and leg supports. No cushions or table are included with this lot. Key Features Acacia wood construction Designed for outdoor seating but suitable for indoor use. Each chair weighs approximately 10 lbs. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Chairs display weathered and faded. No cushions are included with the chairs. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Appointment must be scheduled by email using the POC information provided. No special equipment is needed to remove item. Presidio will not ship or deliver item.
