Removal is due TEN (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate or one will be in default of the auction terms, and one's account will be locked. • Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once items are removed from their location, the sale is final.
