Overview This lot contains (3) Hill-Rom CareAssist hospital beds. The beds are classified in repairable condition. The units show normal wear from prior medical use and standard warehouse storage, including minor scuffs and scratches. Key Features Hospital beds designed for medical use. All major mechanical and electrical functions are reported to operate properly. Mattresses and accessories may or may not be included. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The beds show normal wear from prior medical use and standard warehouse storage, including minor scuffs and scratches. The wheels sometimes get stuck and don't run well, requiring minor repairs to the brakes and wheels. Operational status is unknown. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. This facility does not prepare any sales for shipping or assist with loading.
