This lot contains (10 EA) Philips Respironics EverFlo 12V Ventilator home oxygen systems. The units are in used condition and show visible wear and tear from previous use. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Key Features Blue portable oxygen concentrator units with wheeled mobility bases. Ventilation grilles on rear panel for cooling. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Units display visible wear and tear throughout. Surface scuffing and minor scratches visible on multiple units. Some discoloration present on unit housings. Manufacturer labels and specification plates visible on units. Functional status of the oxygen concentrators has not been verified. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only.
