At the time of removal, the successful bidder and/or their third party removal agent will be required to show the following documentation: Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed to inspect or collect surplus personal property at NASA's White Sands Test Facility (WSTF). A current and undamaged U.S. Passport; or Two forms of identification to include (1) proof of U.S Citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or State; Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth (Form FS-240, FS-545 or DS-1350); or Naturalization Certificate (Form N-550 or N-570) or Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561), and (2) proof of identification in the form of a Government or State issued photo ID. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Yellow sticky notes visible on various parts with handwritten text including "DO NOT FILL" and "NO TONER". Front access panels and paper trays are open, exposing internal components and paper feed mechanisms. Toner cartridge area appears to be empty or missing toner cartridges. Various access doors and maintenance panels are in open position. Unit shows signs of previous use with some surface wear visible. Local Pick-ups Only: Packing materials for shipping and handling is not available. Property requiring more than one individual to load should be augmented by additional pick-up labor.
