Item is missing the following parts: Rear back cover Tests performed: Unit passed general inspection procedure: Unit has been inspected for wear and shows no signs of damage that would affect operation. The unit was powered on using a test DC Power supply with leads to connect the unit battery cables. The unit successfully powers on and initializes without errors. The display is clear and complete buttons/knobs are functional and respond to user input. Unit controls correspond with the movement of the unit drive train. Unit seat reclines and foot rest moves when buttons are selected. Cosmetic Condition: Item is in good used condition.
