LOT OF APPROXIMATELY 32 PIECES OF GA SYSTEMS SPEEDEE SERVE LINE EQUIPMENT Large lot of approximately 32 pieces of surplus cafeteria serving line equipment removed from multiple school sites. Known models include GA Systems Speedee Serve Line F3, D5, G5, TS12, and CS20 units. Additional models and components may also be included. The lot consists of various serving line components including hot food units, cold food units, display/sneeze guard units, cash stands, and related cafeteria serving line equipment. THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE ENTIRE LOT ONLY. • Individual units will not be separated. • Winning bidder must purchase and remove the entire lot. • Multiple pickup appointments may be accommodated, if necessary. • Items shown in the background of photographs are not included unless they are part of the serving line equipment being auctioned. CONDITION Equipment was removed from service from multiple school sites and has been stored outdoors for several weeks pending surplus disposition. Some units contain standing water in the wells due to weather exposure. Operational condition is unknown. No testing has been performed by the District since removal from service. Some units may have been operational when removed; however, the District makes no representation regarding functionality, completeness, or condition. Electrical requirements vary and may include both 110V and 220V units. Equipment may be suitable for refurbishment, parts recovery, reuse, or scrap metal salvage. INSPECTION Bidders are responsible for determining condition, completeness, dimensions, weight, suitability, and removal requirements prior to bidding. Due to scheduling constraints, inspections may be limited. Serious prospective bidders may contact the District to inquire about inspection availability. REMOVAL Winning bidder is responsible for all labor, equipment, transportation, loading, and removal costs. Equipment is large, heavy, and may require specialized moving equipment. Due to the size and quantity of the equipment, removal may require multiple trips. Winning bidder will be required to meet District staff at the District Office to complete pickup documentation and will then be escorted to the storage location where the equipment is located. The storage location is within a few minutes of the District Office. District staff will not disassemble, palletize, load, or otherwise prepare equipment for transport. SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, or adjustments will be made after award.
