This auction is for a lot for 25 metal filing cabinets. They are all varying in sizes and are either damaged, broken or lacking the parts to use. They are for scrap purposes only. Items offered for sale may contain additional defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. ******WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS******** Item must be picked up at the Des Peres City Hall, 12325 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. Must give 24 hours notice before item is picked up. PLEASE BRING MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO MOVE CABINETS AND BRING THE PROPER EQUIPMENT. CABINETS ARE HEAVY AND BULKY. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD THE CABINETS INTO YOUR VEHICLE DUE TO INSURANCE PURPOSES. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate.
