Excludes interior items. The buildings are sold "as is, where-is." These units do not have titles available. The Buyer is fully responsible for making all necessary provisions for removal, including securing required permits and insurance (per seller's specification-see below). This responsibility includes the preparation of the unit, such as installing tires, axles, and tongues, as well as providing all labor and materials for removal, transport, and site clean-up. There are not tires, axles or tongues on site. The wood framed units may require additional supplies before moving. The buyer must also remove any foundational supports, including block piers. Any included items that the buyer does not want must be removed and disposed of off site. Pre-Bid Site Visit: July 7, 2026 at 2:00pm.
