We give the most accurate description possible, but encourage buyers to inspect items personally. All items listed were fully functional when stored, unless otherwise listed. Buyers have 5 days to pay for item after winning the auction, and must remove items within 5 days of payment. ALL items purchased must be removed from its location by the buyer within 7 business days of purchase. Seller retains the right to cancel the auction at any time, and to accept or refuse any offers. NOTICE !!! Items not paid for within 5 calendar days will be passed to the next highest bidder, or re listed with the winner forfeiting their right to the item. Bidder will be blocked from future bidding. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. The District will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the building, by the buyer. There are NO forklifts or loading docks available. Some items could be extremely Heavy, and will require special equipment, which will be supplied by the buyer. We do not package or ship anything. Buyer is responsible for this process
