The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains: (3) DSI-24 Wearable Sensing Neurofeedback Systems, (1) Discovery 24 Electrocap 24-Channel EEG System, (1) Truscan 32-Channel EEG Biofeedback System, and (1) Clinical EMG System. Key Features Multiple neurofeedback and biofeedback systems for clinical or research applications. EEG systems include 24-channel and 32-channel configurations. Equipment designed for neurological diagnostic and therapeutic monitoring. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All equipment shows signs of prior clinical or research use. Operational status is unknown and no functional testing has been performed. Units may have missing components, accessories, software, cables, or consumables. Additional deficiencies are unknown. Items are packaged in a box and placed on a pallet but not palletized. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
