This lot contains (1 EA) collection of medical expendable supplies. The items are classified in new/unused condition. The supplies are palletized for storage and transport. Items are sold as is with a detailed list of contents provided in the attachment. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items are palletized and sold as is. A detailed list of items is provided in the attachment. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Successful bidders are responsible for coordination of shipping/freight charges and responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located.
