IMPORTANT NOTICE: A 24 hour notice is required to make arrangements for the pickup of the property. Failure to provide this required notice may result in the buyer not being able to take possession of the property. If the buyer chooses to have items shipped, Henrico County will not assume responsibility for packaging or arranging a carrier, and a Third Party Release Authorization is REQUIRED prior to pickup. All purchases must be removed within 10 business days of the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. ABSENCE OF ANY MENTION OF DEFECTS DOES NOT MEAN THERE ARE NONE.
