Overview This lot contains (1) Dell Precision 3430 desktop computer and (8) used laptops including Dell Latitude 5400, Dell Latitude 5490, HP EliteBook 830 G5, and HP ProBook 640 G5. The computers are classified in used condition. Some devices may need parts or repairs. **NOTE: The desktop and laptops have been sanitized and/or have hard drives removed as required by the agency. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Some devices may need parts or repairs. All items are loose and not palletized or boxed. Equipment is considered as is condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Loading Responsibility: USCIS and its contractors shall not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers during the pickup and loading of this equipment.
