The unit shows normal wear consistent with commercial kitchen use. Manufacturer identification plates and UL certification labels are present and legible. The stainless steel exterior shows minor surface scratches and wear marks. All casters appear to be intact and functional. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
