Condition: Some items are recent Buyer: All equipment needs to be disassembled from the school playground and removed by the awarded buyer without any assistance (See pictures). ****Buyer is responsible for removing the items using the manpower/equipment to remove the property in a timely manner.**** ****Winning bidder must, no exceptions, remove ALL property. The Bidder's Govdeals.com account will be locked if ALL items are not removed**** If a third party is completing the removal an authorization of Release document will need to be completed and signed by the buyer. If you plan to have a third-party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization form. The signed copy must be emailed to gary.rotondi@doa.ri.gov prior to any removal arrangements being made. Form is found on the auction page. Overall condition may vary due to out of service date.
