12x20 portable building. Sections of the floor are rotted. Window AC unit is included. **PLEASE READ BELOW** The buyer must bring all necessary tools, equipment and persons to remove the shed. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the building prior to bidding. Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. All items are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect building prior to bidding. Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHEREIS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Please note no help is provided by the Seller to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment.
