The City does not guarantee condition, functionality, or completeness. These items are being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Important Notes: Buyer is responsible for all loading and transportation. Buyer must bring proper equipment and sufficient help for removal. Items are sold as-is, where-is. No loading assistance will be provided. Pickup must be coordinated prior to arrival. Item may be heavy and/or require special handling. City staff will not be responsible for loading, securing, disassembling, or transporting items. Pickup must be scheduled in advance and completed during approved pickup hours.
