LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY/GOVERNMENT AGENCY ONLY - MUST PROVIDE PROOF/CERTIFICATIONS This auction is for S26P Taser handles and accessories. Included are six (6) Taser handles, twelve (12) Taser cartridges, and two (2) holsters. The serial numbers for the Taser handles are as follows: X1200HDCK, X1200K753, X1200HF33, X1200HDH1, X1200H801, and X1200F39T. The Taser cartridges have varying expiration dates as follows: 10/2026, 10/2026, 06/2027, 05/2027, 10/2027, 05/2027, 04/2027, 10/2027, 10/2027, 04/2027, 02/2029, and 02/2029. Also included are two (2) holsters, one left-handed and one right-handed. All items are being sold together as a single lot. PLEASE NOTE: Only government agencies or federally licensed firearms dealers holding a valid Type 07 Federal Firearms License (FFL) and current Class 2 Special Occupational Tax (SOT) may bid on this auction. Documentation is required to be eligible to bid. The winning bidder will be required to provide a copy of agency identification or valid Type 07 FFL and current Class 2 SOT documentation prior to removal. Bidders who do not meet these requirements may have their purchase canceled. This item is sold for official use only and may not be purchased for resale. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees that the item is being acquired for use by the purchasing entity and not for resale or redistribution. All sales are subject to seller approval. The City of Clermont reserves the right to reject any bidder or cancel the sale if eligibility requirements are not met or if the sale is not in the best interest of the City. The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding possession, use, transfer, and resale of this item.
