The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Cardinal Health branding visible on units. Medical power source compatible design with electrical specifications visible on data plate. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Units are inoperable due to expired update support as of 2018. Visible surface wear and scuff marks on exterior panels. Some units show minor denting and scratches on metal surfaces. Cardinal Health markings and model identification numbers visible on units. Data plates with electrical specifications and certification markings present. No-smoking labels visible on some units. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
