OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Issues, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a Taylor-Dunn B2-48 Electric Utility Truck. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. We noticed that the drivers door handle does not work from the outside, and we had to either enter from the passenger side or slide the drivers window open and stick our arms through. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like minor denting, scratching, paint damage, and a bit of rust. This vehicle features an enclosed cab, flatbed utility deck, smart charger, and 3,000lbs load capacity. Tires look to be in decent condition. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
