Metro North is auctioning one (1) Tennsmith 16 Gauge hydraulic shear. This equipment is described as non-operational. Great unit for overhaul or parts. All Bidders are required to inspect and validate the items condition, quantity and functionality prior to bidding. Loading assistance (if needed) is available with signed consent form. Loading assistance with a forklift. Driver/buyer is responsible to secure. The units are sold "AS IS WHERE IS", and Metro North offers no guarantee or warranty. Buyer is responsible for safe and proper transportation of the material by state regulations and assumes all liability for its use. Pick up times are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm. Twenty Four (24) hours notice is required to schedule a pick up. Copy of bill of sale and valid ID required at pickup. If sending a logistic carrier to pick up, an email with name and contact information is required to release the asset. Payment is required in 5 business days after final approval, removal within 10 business days or if given an extension. If NOT removed in 30 days the asset may be considered abandoned and no credits/refunds will be issued. All sales subject to final approval and can be rejected if deemed best for MNR.
