The Thermo Fisher Scientific Spectronic 200 is a rugged, durable visible spectrophotometer designed primarily for academic instruction and routine analytical laboratory measurements. Serving as the modern successor to the classic Spectronic 20, it functions across a wavelength range of 340 nm to 1000 nm with standard standalone capabilities that do not require an external computer.  Specifications & Hardware Wavelength Range: 340 nm to 1000 nm. Spectral Bandwidth: ≤ 4 nm. Optical System: Single beam, room-light immune, which allows users to measure tall test tubes with the lid completely open. Sample Accommodations: Standard compartments hold 10mm square cuvettes and test tubes up to 25mm (1 inch) in diameter without requiring an adapter. Display: A 320 x 240 pixel graphical color LCD screen built on an adjustable tilt hinge.  The Spectronic 200 has been powered on.
