The unit shows significant structural damage with water damage throughout, holes in walls, damaged flooring, and unknown roof condition. Items shown in the pictures may not be included with the trailer. Potential bidders should perform an inspection. The bidder will need to bring all the necessary equipment to remove the trailer. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Extensive water damage visible throughout the structure. Multiple holes present in interior walls. Flooring is damaged with visible deterioration and missing sections. Roof condition is unknown and requires inspection. Trailer has two tongues with axles in unknown condition. Current skirting will need to be removed. Interior shows staining and discoloration from water damage. Some ceiling tiles are missing or damaged.
