The lift mechanism for the solar panel is frozen up which in turn hinders access to the manual pump to lift the screen mast. Without lifting the screen mast we are unable to confirm the battery quantity and condition. If all required batteries are inside this unit, there should be 12 batteries in total, 8 in one compartment and 4 in another. • The State will assist with a front-end loader to load this unit on a buyer’s truck or trailer at their own risk. Note: the State will not be held responsible in any way for damages or injury to the buyers equipment or the buyers workforce personnel. • We feel the description and photos enclosed in this listing provide adequate information for buyers to make competitive bids.
