Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) two-door metal storage cabinet. The cabinet has been rated as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and cosmetic wear affecting both the interior and exterior. The exterior exhibits scratches throughout the frame, along with localized areas of surface rust. The interior shows heavy spray paint residue on the inside surfaces of both doors, and additional residue from previously stored contents may be present in other areas of the cabinet. The door latch mechanism appears to require adjustment, as the latch does not align properly when closing. The doors can still be closed by adjusting the latch during operation; however, prospective bidders should anticipate that the latch may require tightening or further adjustment. The manufacturer of this cabinet is JustRite, and the manufacturer's model number is 25452. The cabinet features two (2) hinged doors with an integrated locking mechanism located within the metal handle assembly. No key is included with this lot.
