The asset is located within a foyer as depicted in the photos. There are a set of double doors leading outside. Ground floor, no dock/forklift available. A mutually acceptable (for both buyer and seller/HWDSB) appointment day/time to pick up your purchased equipment must be made with the HWDSB seller representative. Item shown assembled in picture and can be moved safely with proper lifting tools (skid, pallet jack, etc) Buyer (you) should be prepared to bring all the necessary equipment and personnel to move the equipment. Once a pick up day/time is set, the HWDSB seller representative will be on site 15 minutes before and after the scheduled pick up time. The pick up will not occur if the HWDSB representative is not on site, the school cannot facilitate or authorize a pick up. The HWDSB representative will provide a bill of sale at the time of pick up. The bill of sale must be signed by both buyer and seller.
