Condition: Poor This lot consists of one (1) wooden armoire. The armoire has been rated as being in poor condition due to significant structural damage affecting both side panels. While the unit exhibits typical cosmetic wear associated with prior use—including scratches, scuffs, and wear to the wood grain—the primary reason for the condition rating is the presence of large cracks that may compromise the structural stability of the cabinet. The left side panel contains a crack located near the center that extends approximately one-third of the height of the panel. The right side panel also contains a centered crack extending approximately one-half of the panel's height. Because these side panels serve as structural components of the cabinet, prospective bidders should carefully evaluate the photographs and consider the unit to require repair prior to regular use. The manufacturer and model of this armoire are unknown. The side panels and drawer fronts appear to be constructed of solid oak.
