UAB Community Care Building, 908 20th St South. Four floors of office furniture--No appliances or lab equipment. Also includes a billiards table. Building has working elevators and ramp to the rear parking lot (See attached pictures). Winning bidder must remove items within two business weeks. These items are used and come with no guarantee. They are being sold “as-is, where-is." *Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The winning bidder must contact us and make an appointment. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
