Removal is by appointment only, and appointments must be scheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Same day vehicle pickups are not permitted. Payment must be fully cleared prior to scheduling or releasing any vehicle. The winning bidder must contact us to arrange a pickup appointment after payment confirmation. The buyer is responsible for all loading and transportation of the vehicle. No assistance will be provided. Pickup appointments are available Monday–Friday, 9:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:00–3:30 p.m.
