Payment must be fully cleared prior to scheduling or releasing any vehicle. The winning bidder must contact us to arrange a pickup appointment after payment confirmation. The buyer is responsible for all loading and transportation of the vehicle. No assistance will be provided. Pickup appointments are available Monday–Friday, 9:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:00–3:30 p.m.
