Collators ...... . . . . All property is used and sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. Removal is by appointment only. Pickup appointments must be scheduled at least 24 business hours in advance (excluding weekends). To help ensure smooth warehouse operations, same-day pickup requests cannot be accommodated. Please schedule and confirm your pickup appointment before traveling to the facility, as purchasers who arrive without an appointment may be asked to return at a later time. All payments must be received and fully cleared prior to pick up. The winning bidder should contact the designated Surplus Property representative listed on the auction to arrange a pickup appointment. Buyers are responsible for all arrangements and labor associated with the removal of property, including packing, loading, and transportation. UAB Surplus Property does not provide packing, loading, or transportation assistance. Pickup appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:00–3:30 p.m. The warehouse is closed for lunch from 12:00–1:00 p.m. Upon arrival, please park at the rear of the building on the 8th Street side near the loading docks.
