Rolling Medical Carts (13) ........ . . . . All property is used and is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. Removal is by Appointment Only, and Appointments MUST be scheduled at least Twenty-Four (24) business hours in advance (excluding weekends). To ensure smooth warehouse operations, same-day pickup requests are not permitted. Please schedule and confirm your pickup appointment before traveling to the facility, as purchasers who arrive without a scheduled appointment may not be accommodated. All payments must be received and fully cleared prior to pick up. The winning bidder must contact (Call/Message) the designated Surplus Property contact listed on the auction to schedule a pickup appointment. The buyer is solely responsible for all Arrangements and all Labor, including Packing, Loading, and Transportation of the Property. WE DO NOT SHIP! No assistance will be provided. Pickup appointments are available Monday through Friday, between 9:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:00–3:30 p.m. Closed Between 12–1 p.m. Closed Weekends and Major Holidays. Upon arrival, buyers should park at the rear of the building on the 8th Street side, near the loading docks.
