We have 1 Accutrak Trailer by Big Tex. Item has been sitting outside for an extended time. Item is used and in poor condition. Tool box is broken/damaged. Needs repair. Rust is seen throughout and needs new wooden planks. 14 1/2 feet long, 5 feet wide. No loading assistance will be given. Item offsite. You'll be escorted. By placing a bid, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. All items are used and sold "As-Is, Where-Is." May contain additional underlying defects unbeknownst to the seller. A physical inspection is strongly advised to determine actual condition. All bids placed is acceptance of condition, whether or not a physical inspection has been performed. All sales final. No refunds. No shipping & handling of vehicle. No loading assistance. The winning bidder must transfer the title into their name immediately upon purchase. The buyer assumes all responsibility for fees, fines, or citations (including registration, insurance, and parking violations). Please note the UNM’s Pre-Sale Disclosure Statement attached below. REMOVAL: All costs and arrangements for dismantling, removal, or disposal of purchased items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Payment is due in 5 business days, and items picked up within 10 business days from auction closing date. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in UNM re-auctioning your item(s), your account defaulted, locked, blocked from future auctions, and assessed a fee to 40% of your winning bid amount with no refunds. 1. Meet at University Services at 1128 University Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102 (adjacent to KNME). You may need to be escorted to the location on UNM Campus. 3. Bring the winning certificate, receipt, and an ID. If you paid by wire/ACH, confirm receipt with UNM before arrival. 4. Bring your own personnel, tools, moving equipment, winches, or spare batteries. 5. No loading assistance will be provided, and we do not forklift vehicles. Towing is advised for all vehicle sales. Third-Party Removal: To authorize a representative to pick up items on your behalf, inform us from your registered GovDeals/LS account email to request a Third-Party Release Form. Your representative must have an appointment, the certificate, and an ID. Failure to adhere to these requirements risks your representative being turned away. If the buyer requests keys/titles be shipped separately, the buyer assumes all shipping costs. UNM/sender is not responsible or liable for any injuries, fees/costs, lost, discarded, damaged or broken auction items that may occur during removal/shipment/transport.
