The item is used and may contain defects that are not immediately detectable. It is offered for sale “As Is, Where Is.” We make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. To schedule removal of a won item, contact Mark Crampton at 410-677-4006 or mcrampton1@mdot.maryland.gov. You must call at least twenty‑four hours in advance before pickup. When picking up, you must have your own equipment and help, we have no equipment for you to use upon removal of the item. We do not pack, ship or place a personal label on a shipment.
