The item(s) offered in this auction are sold in their current condition, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, model numbers, serial numbers, and other available information prior to placing a bid. Unless specifically stated in the listing, items appearing in the background of photographs are not included in the sale. The successful bidder is solely responsible for all arrangements, labor, personnel, equipment, materials, packing, loading, transportation, and removal of awarded item(s). VCU will not pack, load, ship, or otherwise prepare items for transportation. Buyers should arrive with sufficient personnel and appropriate equipment to safely remove their purchases. This may include carts, dollies, pallet jacks, lifting equipment, packing materials, vehicles, or other equipment appropriate for the item being removed. If the successful bidder authorizes a third-party individual, shipping company, or transportation provider to retrieve the item(s), the bidder must provide VCU with a signed Bill of Sale identifying the authorized third party prior to pickup. Items will not be released until the required authorization has been received and verified. All individuals retrieving auction property, including third-party representatives, must present valid photo identification at the time of pickup. Identification may be recorded or scanned as part of the property-release process.
