1 Lot of Playground Equipment Lot consists of merry-go-round and teeter-totter. Support poles are anchors and sunk in concrete. The winning bidder will be responsible for dismantling and removing all equipment within 30 days of the end of the auction. The City of Susan Moore will offer no assistance other than providing the buyer access to the equipment. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. The Buyer is responsible for dismantling equipment which will include removal of concrete footings. Buyer is responsible for obtaining all labor, tools or equipment necessary to dismantle and remove the playground equipment. In addition, concrete footings associated with all equipment must be removed and hauled off site.
