DETAILS : Up for auction is a large bag of activated carbon (bio-char) derived from coconut husk. In large quantities, activated carbon can be used for water filtration operations as well as agriculture operations as a soil amendment to increase Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC), which increases crop nutrient uptake. This bag weighs approximately 1,100 pounds but may weigh up to slightly above 1,200 pounds. The activated carbon has not been used, these are new and unused lots. Owning agency states : New and unused activated carbon derived from coconut husk. The manufacturer of this activated carbon is a company called Karbonous Inc (formerly Prominent Systems Inc). Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
