Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction . If the item is not paid within the 5 business days, it will be re-sold . If payment is received within the time frame, you have 5 business day from day of payment to pick up your items. Items not picked up within 5 business days will be discarded and/or sold at the discretion of TTUHSC EP. No refunds will be given. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property within the proper time frame, no exceptions ; terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Upon arrival, please provide your paid receipt, and your picture ID to allow us to release the item(s). ALL pickups and viewing can be made by appointment only. PICKUP HOURS: By Appointment Only Management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item, or for any other reason in the best interests of TTUHSC EP.
