It is used, but does appear to be in working condition. There is a control for the water sprayer and a control for the brushes. The height can be adjusted using the dial. It is a commercial cylindrical automatic scrubber with a 16 inch cleaning path. Has a 2.5 gallon tank and a 1.5 hp motor. Unfortunately, one of the wheels is very broken and makes the unit inoperable. Sold as-is for parts or repair. Item weighs ~ 70 lbs.
