DO NOT ARRIVE OR SEND A THIRD PARTY UNTIL YOUR PICKUP APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE SELLER. PICKUP HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:30-11:30 A.M. AND 1:00-3:30 P.M. ⚠️ All property is used and sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. All payments must be received and fully cleared prior to pick up. The winning bidder must contact the designated Asset Contact listed on the auction to schedule a pickup appointment. The buyer is solely responsible for all arrangements and all labor, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. WE DO NOT SHIP. NO LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
