Owner of record: Schwyn, Benjamin Ray. Legal description: 23-02-386 LOT 1141 G C L COS 1ST ADD. Minimum bid: $1,121.91. Sale: Monday, October 26, 2026, 10:00 AM Eastern time, in person at County Complex, Council Chambers. At an Indiana tax sale the winning bidder buys a tax sale certificate, not the property.
