A team of NWFSC students built this 12x20 tiny home. The home is built on treated skids and designed to be moved via a flatbed hauler. This was framed with typical wood construction. Please see the attached document and pictures for more details. This property is being sold as-is. Seller makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. All efforts were made to ensure accuracy, but the seller is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies. Inspections are by appointment only. Please contact Christi Moore (Phone: 850-729-5381) If you plan to have a third party complete the removal of this item/lot, you are REQUIRED to complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found here: Authorization of Release The signed copy is REQUIRED to be sent from the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate PRIOR to any removal arrangements being made. The winning buyer will need to schedule a pickup in advance and is responsible for all moving logistics. The house must be removed within 30 days of the final sale. There will be no Friday, Saturday, or after-hours pickups.
